Roll up your sleeves and try your hand at the art of Kalamkari block printing, a technique native to Persia and India. Inspired by the colours of natural dyes, our Kalamkari wallpaper comes in vibrant Citrus yellow, neutral tone Angora and soft green Jade, each simple pattern interspersed with pale shades and created to complement other designs in The Curator’s Cabinet collection. With a humble, handmade feel, the rounded shapes and gentle floral detailing almost become a plain when used across large areas, a quietly decorative print that takes on a distinctly eastern personality the closer you examine it.

Our wallpaper is produced on a non-woven substrate of the latest generation. Printed with eco friendly inks, MINDTHEGAP wallpaper can be applied on any type of interior wall.

CARE
Our wallpaper is washable. To clean it off, please use a damp sponge or cloth to wipe the surface. Due to the printing process, some residue ink may come off the first time you clean the wallpaper. However, this does not affect the true colors in the design or the quality of the material. Always wipe off the wallpaper vertically. Never apply any kind of taping mask on the surface of the wallpaper, as this may affect the integrity of the design, which is printed on the surface. For a higher protection of the wallcovering, especially for bathrooms, kitchens or other humid areas, we recommend to use a protective varnish.

CERTIFICATIONS
All our wallpapers are tested and certified for fire rating according to the international legislation. More information and official reports regarding the fire rating are available on demand.

ENVIRONMENTAL
The inks used for our prints are certified to comply with the Nordic Swan Environmental Standard. Our inks are odorless, with a very high durability, all wastes being responsibly disposed of. All fibers used to produce the wall coverings originate from sustainable managed forests, being FSC Certified.

Each box includes 3 rolls, with each roll measuring 52 cm wide and 300 cm high. We recommend measuring your wall beforehand to determine how many rolls you’ll need for full coverage. This wallpaper is designed for paste-the-wall application and comes with detailed instructions for both installation and care. Pattern repeat: 200 cm.

Our wallpapers are made to order, so please add 5-7 days (production time) to the estimated delivery dates for all wallpapers.
